Job Description

We are currently seeking a Admin Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, customer-focused, and confident managing multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring facility issues are handled efficiently while delivering excellent support to employees and stakeholders. What You'll Do Act as the main point of contact for all facilities service requests (maintenance, repairs, cleaning, etc.). Log, prioritise, and track requests through the helpdesk system to ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external vendors to resolve issues quickly. Provide updates on maintenance works and service disruptions. Maintain accurate records of requests, work orders, and associated costs.
