We are on the hunt for a super-passionate, killer admin VA who has deep experience in Meta ads & Google ads, including tracking, optimisation, media buying, and research* important.
You'll support a portfolio of 50+ clients, with a focus on around 10 of our premium brands who expect high standards. Client satisfaction is everything to us.
You'll be supporting our team across research, reporting, onboarding and ad operations.
This includes:
Researching new Meta and Google ads inspiration, reading forums, analysing competitors and understanding what our clients' customers are thinking
Pulling insights from Meta and Google ads data, including winning headlines, hooks, creatives, demographics and trends
Uploading and organising approved creatives inside Meta Ads Manager
Sending simple weekly performance reports and pulling data for strategy calls
Using AI tools to help create image variations, brainstorm hooks and improve internal sys...
