Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office support activities
  • Supervise and coordinate administrative tasks and service providers as needed
  • Assist in procurement activities including supplier coordination, purchase requests, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative reports
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility-related requirements
  • Support company compliance with internal administrative policies and procedures
  • Assist other departments with administrative and operational needs
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate (any course)
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Experience in procurement is preferred
  • Retail industry experience is an advantage
