Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office support activities
- Supervise and coordinate administrative tasks and service providers as needed
- Assist in procurement activities including supplier coordination, purchase requests, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative reports
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility-related requirements
- Support company compliance with internal administrative policies and procedures
- Assist other departments with administrative and operational needs
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree graduate (any course)
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Experience in procurement is preferred
- Retail industry experience is an advantage
