Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Support in matters related to finance (e.g. processing invoices) and/or procurement (e.g. purchasing supplies).
  • Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences to stakeholders.
  • Take charge of food catering and ensure setup for school events.
  • Handle counter duties, attend to telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Adhoc request as assigned by reporting officers.
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask with good time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Duration / Working Hours

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
