Job Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support
  • Provides effective and timely communication within department / section
  • Maintain meticulous record management for timely information retrieval
  • Responsibility on all general daily operation processes
  • Ensure compliances to policies and operational procedures relating to environment, facilities, health, maintenance and safety process
  • Assist with daily / weekly updates
  • Any other duties as may be assigned
Job Requirements
  • 7am-5pm, 6 days work week, based in Woodlands
  • Fresh graduate can apply
  • Possesses at least a Higher Nitec certificate
  • Team Player
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
