Responsibilities
  • Manage company’s daily administrative matters and duties, ensuring smooth office operation
  • Manage and assist employees with their housing needs arrangement
  • Assist with employee welfare activities
  • Organise and manage company wide events
  • Process all administrative related invoices
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting manager
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in business administration, arts or similar discipline
  • Experienced in administrative work processes and the procurement of office supplies
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactiveness and dedication in supporting office operations
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), ERP, etc.
