Job Description
Providing full administrative support to the office and management team. The role involves handling general office correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and letters, as well as maintaining and organizing both physical and electronic filing systems.
An Admin Executive is responsible for preparing reports, documents. The role also includes managing office supplies, liaising with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring smooth daily office operations.
In addition, the Admin Executive may assist with invoice processing and provide basic accounting & administrative support. The position may also support HR-related matters such as maintaining staff records, tracking leave, and preparing onboarding documents.
The Admin Executive performs other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by management to ensure efficient office operations.
