Job responsibilities
- Handle general administrative office matters, including business travel ticketing, hotel bookings, and issuance of invitation letters.
- Manage corporate registration procedures and contract/document filing.
- Oversee employee welfare and insurance administration, and handle employment-related procedures (including work pass applications/renewals, business visa applications, and related management).
- Manage company property matters and official vehicle rental arrangements.
- Responsible for network maintenance, electronic equipment maintenance, smart office platform integration, and coordination of related matters.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Familiar with corporate administrative management in Singapore, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
