Job Responsibilities:

  1. Renovation Project Coordination

  2. Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and following up on renovation projects.

  3. Quotation & Documentation

  4. Prepare, update, and issue renovation quotations to clients.

  5. Client & Contractor Communication

  6. Respond to client enquiries regarding renovation progress, pricing, and schedules.

  7. Communicate with contractors/suppliers to confirm timelines, materials, and work arrangements.
  8. Administrative Support

  9. Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.

  10. Quality & Compliance Support

  11. Assist in ensuring renovation work follows company standards and client expectations.
