Job Responsibilities:
Renovation Project Coordination
Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and following up on renovation projects.
Quotation & Documentation
Prepare, update, and issue renovation quotations to clients.
Client & Contractor Communication
Respond to client enquiries regarding renovation progress, pricing, and schedules.
- Communicate with contractors/suppliers to confirm timelines, materials, and work arrangements.
Administrative Support
Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Quality & Compliance Support
Assist in ensuring renovation work follows company standards and client expectations.
