Administrative Duties

  • Handle general administrative and office support tasks
  • Manage filing, documentation, and data entry
  • Prepare basic reports, invoices, delivery orders, and correspondence
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and internal communications
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and daily office operations
  • Maintain proper records and documentation
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Stock & Inventory Management

  • Assist in stock receiving, checking, and recording
  • Maintain accurate stock records (in/out movement)
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management
  • Coordinate with warehouse/store team on stock arrangement and stock count
  • Assist in monthly/periodic stock take
  • Prepare simple stock reports when required
  • Ensure stock records match physical stock
