Job Description
Administrative Duties
- Handle general administrative and office support tasks
- Manage filing, documentation, and data entry
- Prepare basic reports, invoices, delivery orders, and correspondence
- Handle emails, phone calls, and internal communications
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and daily office operations
- Maintain proper records and documentation
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Stock & Inventory Management
- Assist in stock receiving, checking, and recording
- Maintain accurate stock records (in/out movement)
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management
- Coordinate with warehouse/store team on stock arrangement and stock count
- Assist in monthly/periodic stock take
- Prepare simple stock reports when required
- Ensure stock records match physical stock
