Job Description

The Role:

As an Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the overall efficiency of the organization.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to Category department. 
  • Compiling and filing duties (shipping document, regulatory document etc.).
  • Processing and verifying documents (claims, payments, invoices etc.).
  • Maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents.
  • Co-ordinate with relevant departments for incoming & outgoing shipments / deliveries.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
