Job description:

  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure company compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements, and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Board Support: Prepare and manage board/shareholder resolutions, minutes of meetings, and circular resolutions.
  • Statutory Filings: Update and maintain statutory books (registers), and ensure timely lodgement of statutory documents with the CCM.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with directors, shareholders, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Corporate Administration: Assist in incorporation, restructuring, and managing client portfolios (in professional firms) or internal group subsidiaries.
