Job Descriptions:
- Admin executive or personal assistant to boss.
- Need to oversee the administrative work that clerical workers are commissioned to perform in various types of organizations or associations.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
- Dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager's attention.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
- Updating/preparing technician work schedule weekly.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
