  • Admin executive or personal assistant to boss.
  • Need to oversee the administrative work that clerical workers are commissioned to perform in various types of organizations or associations.
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
  • Dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager's attention.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
  • Updating/preparing technician work schedule weekly.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
