Symphony Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Admin Executive to join our team in Puchong, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Process customers’ orders accurately and timely, including order verification and system entry.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, delivery orders, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with supplier to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Monitor and coordinate loading and unloading of the goods.
  • Ensure proper stock movement and documentation during goods receiving and delivery.
  • Perform order checking to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
