Job Description

Prepare documents/letters required by consultants, local authorities, and related parties.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents and related forms.

Support daily administrative tasks, including data entry and document filing.

Monitor daily office operations, including management of office supplies, equipment, facilities, tenancy agreements, and related matters.

Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications, professionally handling phone calls and emails.

Organize and coordinate company events and meetings.

Handle administrative matters related to foreign workers.

Perform duties and additional instructions assigned by superiors from time to time.
