Responsibilities:
Asset Management
o Updation of Asset Master and O&M history for Assets.
Contracts Management
o Co-ordination with vendors for AMCs/ARCs
o Co-ordination with vendors for HR / IR Compliances
o Tracking expiry of Contracts/Warranties, etc.
Budget & Cost Control (Capex & Opex)
o Preparation, monitoring & control of Opex & Capex proposals and budgets.
o Preparation of MIS (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
General
o Receive Specs from the Project Team to compile and forward to Vendors for quotatio...
