Job Description: Administration Executive Job Summary: Responsible for handling student administration activities including document verification, fee status checking, student ID generation, exam coordination, student communication, and academic record maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Verify student documents and maintain records. Check fee payment status and update databases. Generate student IDs and maintain ID records. Prepare exam schedules and timetables/timetables and inform students via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email. Handle student queries related to documents, exams, results, and academic processes. Follow up on pending documents and requirements. Collect and maintain hard copies of results and academic records. Required Skills: Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of MS Office and record management. Strong follow-up and student handling abilities. Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
