Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authority & Compliance: Manage APDL licenses, HDA accounts, VP applications, and yearly submissions to authorities (LHDN, KPKT, REHDA).
  • Vacant Possession Management: Prepare VP documentation, coordinate key handovers, TNB applications, and purchaser refunds.
  • Admin Reporting: Prepare progress reports, billing, SPA signing, and maintain lot profiles in system.
  • Purchaser File Management: Allocate and manage purchaser files, verify SPA/legal documents, coordinate signatures, and oversee strata title perfection.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc jobs that assigned by Department Head.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate/property management.
