Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations to ensure efficiency
- Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Finance, IT, and Project Teams
- Handle vendor management, procurement, and office supplies
- Maintain records, databases, and documentation (both digital and physical)
- Support HR activities such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee coordination
- Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and assist senior management with administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
- Manage travel arrangements, facilities, and office infrastructure
- Handle communication with external stakeholders when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
