Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and office operations to ensure efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Finance, IT, and Project Teams
  • Handle vendor management, procurement, and office supplies
  • Maintain records, databases, and documentation (both digital and physical)
  • Support HR activities such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee coordination
  • Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and assist senior management with administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
  • Manage travel arrangements, facilities, and office infrastructure
  • Handle communication with external stakeholders when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
