Job Description:

  • Monitor orders / payment through the order entry process to ensure they are sent to the customer on a timely basis and turned around by order entry within 24 hours.
  • Receiving a high volume of e-mails regarding order management.
  • Manage the order entry process and ensure the revenue of orders.
  • Ensure order processing is in compliance with the documented procedures.
  • Ensure the filing system and information posted in the system is up to-date.
  • Prepare Incentive Calculation for Sales Representative
  • Prepare Training material based on SOP

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc
  • Able to start immediately will be add advantage
  • Able to work independently, responsible and self-motivated.
