- Organize and manage physical and digital files and documents
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Support company events and activities
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations and transportation
- Maintain accurate records of staff leave requests and approvals
- Coordinate and track employee overtime hours
- Assist in managing staff expense claims
- Handle various HR-related correspondences
- Provide administrative support in HR tasks, including recruitment, foreign worker affairs and more
- Manage general administration functions, such as service agreements and insurance renewals
- Maintain records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
