  • Organize and manage physical and digital files and documents
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Support company events and activities
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations and transportation
  • Maintain accurate records of staff leave requests and approvals
  • Coordinate and track employee overtime hours
  • Assist in managing staff expense claims
  • Handle various HR-related correspondences
  • Provide administrative support in HR tasks, including recruitment, foreign worker affairs and more
  • Manage general administration functions, such as service agreements and insurance renewals
  • Maintain records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
