Responsibilities
* Carry out general admin duties
* Able to issue Invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase Order using autocount
* Updating paid invoices, generate OR, Debtor/Creditor Statement using autocount
* Updating daily report DJT, Stock Inventory, Support Case, others
* Upkeep office stationery, postages, pantry,
* Monitoring and renewal for company licenses
* Company vehicle service maintenance, Upkeep, Renewal
* Weekly Payment Listing schedule
* Monthly stock taking
* Assist in purchasing & sourcing
* Ad Hoc task assigned
Requirements
*Candidate must possess at Diploma in any field. Β or equivalent
*Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
*At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
*Knowledge of basic accounting
*Knowledge of MS Office (email Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
