Job Description
- Manage daily administrative and office operations, facilities, security, and staff adherence to policies
- Coordinate vendors, procurement, office supplies, maintenance, and payments with Finance
- Handle rental agreements, lease renewals, and landlord coordination
- Support Finance with banking tasks, expense claims, reimbursements, and document control
- Manage government registrations, tax enrollments, renewals, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate import shipments, customs clearance, freight forwarders, documentation, and duties/taxes
- Oversee shipment dispatch, deliveries, invoicing support, and client coordination
- Arrange staff travel including flights, hotels, and local transportation
