Job Description :

  • Manage the onboarding of RNF representatives, ensuring all regulatory and internal requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with the MAS Representative Notification Framework (RNF) through Fit & Proper assessments, ongoing monitoring, and continuous screening, including annual declarations.
  • Review, assess, and escalate Fit & Proper cases in accordance with MAS RNF requirements, including cases involving adverse findings and recommended supervision measures.
  • Manage administrative matters relating to representatives, including transfer administration and representative code management.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
