Admin Executive (Construction, 5 days, Immediate)

  • Source and liaise with suppliers; prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Verify supplier invoices and highlight discrepancies where necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation and collation of Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Orders (DOs) and invoices.
  • Provide operational support to the Operations team.
  • Assist in preparation and submission of monthly operational reports and project-specific updates.
  • Manage Company's vehicles insurance, VPC and Road Tax renewal
  • Perform general admin duties including filing, data entry and documentation management.
  • Perform any ad‑hoc tasks or duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma /Degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience.
