Job Description
The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office and outlets. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating with internal and external parties, maintaining records, and supporting outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities -
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and documentation.
- Maintain proper and systematic filing for both physical and digital records.
- Submit tenancy agreements (TA), business licenses, and other relevant documents to the respective departments in a timely manner.
- Liaise and coordinate with landlords, agents, company secretary, and runners regarding tenancy, documentation, and operational matters.
- Monitor, check, and track the status of business licenses, tenancy agreements, and other regulatory approvals to ensure validity and compliance.
