Job Description

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES
- Full Administrative and Secretarial support to MD
- Prepare all the Quotation, Invoice, DO, SO, PO using Autocount system.
- Handle day to day operations in customer order entries and delivery arrangements to customer.
- Monitor and ordering supplies to maintaining suitable inventory levels.
Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining inventory records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
- Follow up Shipment / Order from Supplier to meet customer request. (local & Oversea)
- Monitor/ Oversee Logistics operation
- Backup Logistic operation when needs
- Conduct Daily / Weekly / Monthly Stock take when necessary
Perform any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
Working Hour:
(Monday - Thursday) - 9:00am 5:30pm
(Frida) - 9:00am 5:00pm
