Location:
Ang Mo Kio or Jurong East Responsibilities: Support administrative coordination, documentation, and record updates within an engineering operations environment. Create, update, track, and close service / maintenance records in the internal system. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure work details, task updates, and man-hours are properly recorded. Assist with service order management, vendor documentation, billing details, and related follow-ups. Support procurement / indenting administrative processes when required. Perform billing reconciliation and ensure records are accurate and properly updated. Liaise with internal teams, workshops, and external vendors on operational and documentation matters. Maintain proper filing, reporting, and tracking of service-related records. Support any other administrative duties as assigned.
