JOB VACANCY: ADMIN (CUSTOMER SERVICE)

Location: Iskandar Puteri
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: RM 2,000 - RM 2,500
Working Hours: Rotation Shift
Working Days: 6 days

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma
  • Good communication skills in BM & English
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Customer-oriented and friendly
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
