JOB VACANCY: ADMIN (CUSTOMER SERVICE)
Location: Iskandar Puteri
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: RM 2,000 - RM 2,500
Working Hours: Rotation Shift
Working Days: 6 days
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma
- Good communication skills in BM & English
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Fresh graduates are welcome
