Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk by welcoming and assisting visitors, candidates, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, airport transfers, and itinerary management.
  • Liaise with travel vendors to secure cost-effective bookings and ensure timely confirmations.
  • Maintain travel records, invoices, expense reports, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure conference rooms are prepared for meetings.
  • Manage courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and office correspondence.
