Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and manage reception duties
  • Handle phone calls and assist walk‑in enquiries
  • Maintain visitor and call records
  • Perform administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scanning, correspondence)
  • Manage mail, deliveries, and distribution of supplies
  • Support school events and daily operations
  • Assist students with enquiries, lost items, and basic needs
  • Liaise with parents on student‑related matters
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O‑Level or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office preferred
Duration / Working hours

8 months contract (Option to extend another 12 months) May to 2026 to Dec 2026

Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays ...
