Admin cum Accounts Executive
Location: Bukit Batok West
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Perform bank reconciliation and monthly closing
- Assist in GST submission and audit schedules
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Provide general administrative support (emails, phone calls, data entry)
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers
- Support basic HR administrative duties (leave tracking, payroll coordination)
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience...
