Admin cum Accounts Executive


Location: Bukit Batok West
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Perform bank reconciliation and monthly closing
  • Assist in GST submission and audit schedules
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Provide general administrative support (emails, phone calls, data entry)
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers
  • Support basic HR administrative duties (leave tracking, payroll coordination)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience...
