Job Description
  • Prepare Sales Orders, Delivery Orders and Sales Invoices.
  • Liaising & coordinate with Sales team on sales order and enquiries.
  • Issue PO to suppliers, liaise with suppliers and follow up the order status.
  • Coordinate and arrange local and overseas shipments.
  • Assist in processing staff expenses claims.
  • Data entry in SAGE software.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation.
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
