Branch Shifting:
Preparing and submitting the proposal to the managements for approval for opening the new/shifting of MFL Branches
Shifting of existing branches from First floor to Ground Floor - 50 Branches quarterly
Negotiation of rent, rent deposit, rent enhancement, lease registration cost and other terms and conditions with the landlords as per company norms
.Signage Board:
Coordinate with RO for the new and replacement of Signage Boards for MFIN and MML branches.
Repair & Maintenance of the Signage Boards Under warranty out of warranty
Empanelment of new vendors for signage boards - New/repair/maintenance/ Cleaning
