About the role
Asticom Technology Inc is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in our office located in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain office systems, procedures and policies
- Provide administrative support to the management team including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and taking meeting minutes
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, and records management
- Assist with the coordination of office events and activities
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative improvements
- Provide support for special projects as needed
