About the role
We are seeking an experienced Admin Coordinator (Japanese Speaker) to join our team in Bintulu, Sarawak. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial administrative and support role within our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Handling various office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Providing translation and interpretation services between English and Japanese as required
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Supporting the team with any other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
