About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admin Coordinator (Japanese Speaker) to join our team in Bintulu, Sarawak. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial administrative and support role within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
  2. Handling various office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  3. Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication
  4. Providing translation and interpretation services between English and Japanese as required
  5. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  6. Supporting the team with any other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
