Job Description

Responsibilities: Handle general administrative duties, office improvements, facilities and equipment maintenance, housekeeping matters, etc. Attend to phone calls, visitors and suppliers Manage office stationery and supplies Coordinate local & overseas shipment Assist to check and pack goods for shipment when required Assist in stock-take activity Other duties as assigned Requirements: GCE 'N' Level or above At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore Proficient in MS Office software Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all levels Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills Able to work fast pace environment and complete assigned tasks within schedules Willing to do hands-on work such as packing, checking and organizing stock items Responsible, committed and independent Positive work attitude and keen to acquire new knowledge for self-improvement
