Duties & Responsibilities
• Handling of cash sales
• Reconciling of creditors
• Processing of debtor's correspondence, Invoicing, credit notes, journals. Opening accounts and calling trade references
• Send out statements monthly
• Processing of supplier's invoices and linking to purchase orders
• Process directors' expenses
• Managing and recording Petty Cash
• Handling of petty cash process of petty cash journals on pastel
• Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions
• Processing invoices
• Processing of stock into system and adjusting stock where need be
• Issuing of fuel slips and capture fuel account monthly to each vehicle
