Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Clerk to handle daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, front desk support, and basic order processing. The role ensures smooth office operations and accurate record keeping.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform data entry and update records in databases accurately
  • Prepare basic correspondence such as letters, invoices, and memos
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval
  • Handle front desk support including answering phone calls, sorting mail, and attending to walk-in clients or suppliers
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Ensure ordered goods are tracked and received on time
