ADMIN CLERK

Core Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Scheduling
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly plating workloads
Allocate jobs to plating lines based on capacity and priority
Sequence work orders to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime
2. Work Order Management
Review incoming orders and technical specifications
Ensure correct routing (e.g., nickel, chrome, zinc plating processes)
Prepare job travelers / process sheets
3. Capacity & Resource Planning
Monitor machine/line capacity and workforce availability
Balance workload across multiple plating lines
Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
4. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with production supervisors, QA, and logistics teams
Update stakeholders on job status and delays
Coordinate urgent or rush orders
5. Inventory & Material Control
Track raw materials (chemicals, metals, racks, jigs)
Ensure availability of plating chemicals and consumables
