Job Description

Job responsibilities:

Manage day to day office administrative tasks and correspondence
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing system (contracts, permits, certificates)
Handling incoming call, emails and walk in enquires
Assists in preparing letters, claims and others official documents
Prepare and maintain project files work orders, site drawings and reports.
Assist in preparing tender documents, quotations, and submission
Manage regulatory submissions such as TNB, ST, CIDB
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up outstanding payments and claim certificate.
Requirements:

SPM/ Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, excel, outlook)
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
