Job Description

JOB SCOPE:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying
  • Prepare documents such as delivery orders, and issue invoices and maintain orfanized and efficient filing systems
  • Ensure accurate product quantities on online stores, aligning warehouse inventory with system records.
  • Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels: phone, email, social media chats, and walk-ins.
  • Manage customer refunds, returns and complaints ensuring proper resolution and coordinating with management as needed.
  • Create product descriptions using template for new items.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum STPM or Diploma in any profession (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Basic proficiency in Malay and English (spoken and written)
  • Computer literate ( Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets etc)
  • Comfortable with maths
