Admin Assistant (5 day week – Raffles Place) Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare reports
- Order Management: Manage order status, track inventory, and coordinate with logistics teams.
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide order updates.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist with stock management.
- Returns and Refunds: Process returns, issue refunds, and resolve customer complaints.
- Support catering operations
- Food Hygiene Cert
- GCE N Level
- PC literate (Excel / Powerpoint)
