Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Admin and Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative support and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and send invoices; monitor and follow up on payments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports
  • Assist with payroll processing if required
  • Coordinate with external accountant for tax and compliance matters
