Role - RECEPTIONIST and ADMIN

Hours - Tuesday - Friday 4.00pm - 8.00pm Saturday - Sunday 9.00am-7.00pm

Purpose:

The role of an MSL receptionist and admin staff is to manage the operations of the swim centre and ensure a smooth and positive experience for parents and children who engage with the centre - from initial contact to leaving the centre after their lesson.

An effective MSL receptionist and admin staff should display the following characteristics:

  • Warm and welcoming
  • Helpful and positive
  • Proactive at solving problems
  • Have strong organisational skills

Responsibilities

The role of MSL receptionist and admin staff will be accountable for the following four areas:
