Job Summary
The Admin Associate supports the day-to-day operations of PH1 showrooms and satellite offices by handling purchasing and replenishment of supplies, inventory monitoring, vendor coordination, and payment processing. The role also involves regular showroom visits and close coordination with the technical team to ensure operational requirements are met efficiently.
This role will be under the Property Management Department.
Qualifications and Skills
Graduate of any business, administration, or equivalent course
At least 2–3 years experience in administrative or office support roles
Experience in purchasing, inventory, or vendor coordination is an advantage
Strong coordination, organizational, and time management skills
Detail-oriented with good documentation skills
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Proficient in MS Office
Willing to work onsite Monday to Friday...
