Job Title: Admin Associate – Regulatory, Compliance, and Permits
Job Summary:
The Admin Associate will primarily support the company's regulatory, compliance, and permitting requirements. The role includes coordinating with government agencies, ensuring timely submission of documents, monitoring renewal schedules, and maintaining up-to-date records for all permits, licenses, and compliance-related matters. The position also provides general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in securing, processing, and renewing all company permits, licenses, and regulatory documents (e.g., Business Permit, DTI/SEC, BIR, BFAD/FDA, Barangay Clearance, Occupancy, etc.).
