About the Role

Our client is seeking anAdmin Associate to provide administrative and office support for a short-term coverage assignment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Type, format, and prepare documents such as proposals, presentations, correspondence, and reports

  • Maintain record-keeping and filing systems

  • Manage calendars and contact databases

  • Schedule appointments, travel, and conference arrangements

  • Perform department-specific administrative duties, including research and database updates
