Responsibilities

  • Issue general insurance cover notes for all new business, including arranging NCD cancellations and withdrawals
  • Manage and process motor insurance submissions
  • Attend to customer enquiries related to insurance claims
  • Prepare, compile, and submit claims documentation
  • Verify and check insurance commission payments
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports in a timely manner
  • Update, organise, and maintain an efficient filing system
