Responsibilities
- Issue general insurance cover notes for all new business, including arranging NCD cancellations and withdrawals
- Manage and process motor insurance submissions
- Attend to customer enquiries related to insurance claims
- Prepare, compile, and submit claims documentation
- Verify and check insurance commission payments
- Prepare and submit monthly reports in a timely manner
- Update, organise, and maintain an efficient filing system
