Basic from $2,200 to $2,600 + Bonus Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm Location: Woodlands Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the account management team and Director Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups Prepare quotations, invoices, and track payments Maintain proper documentation and update records in the system Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic data analysis Support coordination of meetings, emails, and business communications Requirements
Min. 1 year of administrative or office support experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) MUST BE FLUENT in English and Chinese
